Not correct. If you are last you are guaranteed to pick 1 or 2. The most any team can move down is one slot.

Thank you for bringing this up. I have seen many people lamenting the rule change without acknowledging that the worst team still has a lock to draft top-2. Not so shabby imo.

With that settled, here's hoping for top-16 or bottom 5. No more just missing the playoffs but still being good enough to miss a top pick please.
