If a roster move that may last one game is making you that angry, then you should probably step away from the computer and find something else to do tonight.

Only way I would ever approve of Coyle at Center again is if Zucker was coming back into the lineup and was with Heater on his wing....and as the 4th line.

Haula sitting for any reason other than he's sick or exhausted just flabbergasts me.

I'm more ticked about Haula though. The fact that he's sitting while Brodz is still........argh.......

Wow. Just wow.

What kind of message this gives to players?
Play better than expected, play with heart -> you'll be scratched (Fontaine / Haula).
Play below your level -> No problem there's always a place for you. Take your time, let's just try a different line and role. (Coyle / Heatley / Brodziak).

Wild fans won't riot if the team drops off again, they just stop showing up. Just look at the dumpster fire in Minneapolis.

No, no, no, the indifference was before we had a Good Minnesota Boyâ„¢ in the lineup. Now that we have Parise, winning the Stanley Cup is our ******* birthright.

That's no way to talk about the Wolves and Target Center. ;)

I had to go there for the first time for the Arcade Fire concert a few weeks ago...great show, but wow, what an absolute dump. Even the band was mocking the **** out of the arena they were currently playing in.

Seriously, why?

Scratching Erik Haula?

I can see it already...

Mike Yeo stares at this notebook, contemplating his lines.

Sydor: "hey, what do we got for lines tonight? Same as last night? Prosser in, Ballard out?"

Yeo: "Hmm, I thinking about moving around some forwards."

Sydor: "Yea, I think its time we scratched Brodz, especially after..."

Yeo interrupts...

Yeo: "Nah, I was thinking about Haula...just to shake things up, what do you think?"

Sydor eyes open wide in disbelief...

Sydor: "Wha, Haula? You....think so?"

Yeo stares at his notebook and slowly nods...

Yeo: "Yea...scratch Haula, this will help us..."

Sydor walks away in disbelief as he walks over the white board in the Islanders' visiting locker room and begins to write up the new lines while players look on. Haula squints as he doesn't see his name on the roster.

Fontaine shakes his head as he looks towards his teammate who seems confused and dismayed...while Koivu and Brodziak nod in agreement of the new lines...as Brodziak walks over to Haula.

Brodziak to Haula: "Tough break kid...maybe next time."

I would say that Haula is our best player after Granlund, Parise and Suter, maybe also Pominville.. He is making me so angry..

E: Forgot Kuemper.

We will pull out a win tonight vs a bottom 5 team and it will seal Haula's fate.

This board is already in a rage over a number of things, one can only imagine what will become of it if we get stomped tonight.

Happy Fontaine is back....watching the Wild live last night drilled it into me first hand..although we need scoring...first the turnovers that have killed the wild in so many games need to stop..I think that will lead to more offense..

A place.
So, the lines are..

PGP
Moulson-Koivu-Nino/Fonz
Heatley-Coyle-Fonz/Nino
Cooke-Brodziak-McCormick

Insert Haula somewhere and I love it.

Insert Haula in Coyles spot and ship Coyle down to Iowa so he can actually develop into the top 6 power forward he's supposed to be. Keeping him up here is stunting his growth, quite frankly.

When was the last time Yeo sat Heatley? What does he see in him?

Last never ago. I can not recall a game in the past few years where Heater was out other than for an injury.

This one's going to be interesting tonight.
