I think the idea is that Vesey is the net front,not a fan of him having the puck on the pp either, maybe Hayes could work to the net instead.

Petterson has made the most of his time in the top 9, chytil hasn't. Let's not pretend he has spent the entire year with MacLeod on the 4th line, he was in the top 6, top 9 and now he worked his way to the 4th line, he has to work his way back up. He will be a very good player someday but he just seems a little timid right now, he needs time to get comfortable in the NHL.

Lol Pettersson plays a lot higher then the top 9. Also when he was playing higher and geting pp time the looked good he just wasnt getting points. And yes hes prob timid rn cuz his confidence has been crushed by playing him with cody mcleod. In order to get more comfortable with the nhl he should be getting more time

Just goes to show you that hockey sense/IQ is the most important attribute for a player to possess, and despite all his tools, Chytil doesn’t have much of it yet (from what I’ve seen so far).
