How Quinn was tabbed as the youth development guy is starting to become a mystery to me. By Youth, I'm sure they don't mean 23-28 year olds. He has zero comfort with Andersson and Chytil and has to struggle to decide if he wants to ice what is the best winning lineup in his mind or if he wants to give the rookies minutes. Unless it's Howden playing a grinding 200 feet game, he hasn't done anything that encourages the development of players that we haven't already seen. Skilled players like Chytil and soon Kravstov will take a backseat to Andersson and Howden playing the forecheck grinding game.
