It may well be that Drysdale needs a stint in the AHL to work on his game. However the way that Tortorella jacks around young players is enough to confuse any person and crush their confidence.
IDK who the ass was that decided that Tortorella would be a good coach to develop young players deserves to be permanently placed in Byberry.

Unless it’s a conditioning stint Drysdale can’t go back down to the minors without passing through waivers.

Granted I think he just sucks & that has always been the case but even applying the Flyers logic here where you did still believe in him this is part of the problem. You have to play him in the NHL while still hoping he can develop.
