The whole team sucks at transition hockey in the second period. I'd rather increase his ice in the first and third and let other guys get tired chase pucks on defense in the second.

I'd heavily weight his shifts to offensive zone draws in the second period.

I doubt that's what Torts is doing. Let's see if Michkov gets more ice in the third...
