Strome thought Fox was Kakko and it took forever to get the puck to him
Kakko didn't get a +1 either because he stepped of the ice.... just wow at this point

It’s actually ok but they can’t pretend to be the 85 Oilers without scoring a bunch. At the moment they are playing pond hockey but not scoring. If they want to play pond hockey they have got to score. If they’re going to rely on the goalie, just own it. Focus on D. Clear the slot. This team is schizo. We’re really going to be carried by our goalie for another 10+ years
93 is nothing without Buchnevich. Hasn't been in years. No surprise that he's been terrible. At least the Bread line gets chances in the offensive zone and starts rushes. What is 93 doing with his line? What a pansy.
I enjoyed fully formed adult Ryan Strome bouncing off a 165 pound teenager
.We're so bad at exits and with the defensemen we have we shouldn't be.
It's because we have zero real centers. We have a collection of offense-first wingers who take faceoffs part-time.
The best real center on the team is Kevin Rooney.
Ray Charles saw that coming and Stevie didn't have to Wonder.
Zib is really taking a torch to any good will he’s built up since being traded here. It’s extraordinarily concerning that he seems to have nose dived off a cliff since getting paid.
Strome seems to have just come back to earth a bit. If you’re not truly a good hockey player, chemistry will only carry you so far. It seems we’ve reached that limit.
Fil hasn’t seemed like someone with top six potential.
That kind of performance down the middle? Yeah, you’re gonna be in trouble.
That's why the 4th line is the best line on the team.
Zibs and Strome both drift if not outright go up the boards on breakouts and in the neutral zone instead of just existing in them middle where something good might happen. Just soft.
"We need to stop giving our opponents alot of great chances" - Gallant. 5 days off with trainin, 7 grade A chances after 1st givenMaybe Gallant's system is goalie stand on his head and pray Fox pulls a rabbit out of his hat.
In Zib's case, you don't say "well it's still early in the season." Instead, you think "well it's still early in his contract term."Zib is really taking a torch to any good will he’s built up since being traded here. It’s extraordinarily concerning that he seems to have nose dived off a cliff since getting paid.
It's Shesterkin imoI have trouble deciding if Fox or Shesterkin is the best player on the team. It's close, which says a lot about Shesterkin.
I dont think so. His effort is there. The team around him is failing himPanarin turned into a floater
