I know we all like to crap on Drury but honestly this team looking the way they do isn’t on him. It’s on the veterans, Mika, Strome, Panarin, Lindgren, Nemeth in particular as well as Chytil, Laf and Kakko. The 4th line has been great all season, Blais and Goodrow have been good.

Basically all the returning players sans Fox, Kreider and Shesty have sucked.

The top of the lineup isn’t holding up their end of the bargain, theres nothing he can do about that. The players need to take some accountability.

Obviously the org saw this shit coming which is why they cleaned house.

I think we were hoping for improvement with a new outlook but maybe this is just who these players are.

Drury did re-up Zibanejad despite every indication he shouldn't have. 100% on him.
