I think one big reason it *seems* like we’re always facing a hot goalie is that our net-front presence is frequently just non-existent. Play in the 1st, O zone faceoff won, back to D, D passes it to Letang who is cocked for a one timer. It got blocked but there wasn’t a single Penguin in the lane or even within 25 feet of the goalie. Not good. There’s no point in even attempting a shot from that far out if someone isn’t taking away the goalie’s eyes.

I know we’re smallish but having a guy screening the goalie if you have O zone possession or a point shot is coming should be like, automatic. I don’t care who you are, get there.

I've been really impressed with all the beyond meats, especially the sausage. I think I've tried them all. Yeah, the sausage doesn't have the perfect natural casing, but it's a f*** lot better for you. The breakfast sausage patties are practically indistinguishable.
