I don't see swagger.

I see stagger

Luck to be on the board, let alone leading right now.

That goal was setup by a great pass from Richards on a breakout and then a perfect criss cross play with Pouliot and Hagelin. The shot should have been stopped sure, but that goal happened because of hard work by that line. A goal is a goal. Doesn't matter how you get it.

You just knew Pouloit was gonna shank that wide open one timer.

Just knew it. Guy has all the tools. Always in the right place. Good skills. JUST SO FRUSTRATING! ugh.

He fits the rangers perfectly, tons of quality chances, no finish

How are Rangers looking? I missed the 1st

They struggled in the first 8-9 minutes until Hagelin scored, they then picked up their game (and mainly the transition, which was excellent in the latter half of the period). Hagelin and Richards stood out. Mashinter also looks pretty solid, he's starting to adjust and look useful. He's still very raw in terms of NHL experience, this is his, what, 8th game? He could become a solid contributor I think.

Sadly, its rarely up.

Sucks. The streamo stream is good but loses quality when I go full screen. Charlies had hd playback which is great. Id be watching the game on my nice big living room TV except they think us central ny'ers would rather see the ****** sabres game.....

J. Moore is looking good tonight too.

Can someone tell me why AV has a man crush on Pyatt? I don't really discuss anything on these boards, but im curious how everyone thinks about him. He just seems a couple steps slow and does boneheaded plays all the time. He seems to always be either getting a T/O or a penalty. What good is he on the penalty kill if hes in the box? Please help and give me a reason why hes still here.

That pass to Pouliot was a rocket. Can't blame him for shanking that.

As for the period, much better after the Hagelin goal. Starting to breakout of the zone effectively, especially the Richards line. I thought they started to buckle down and keep the puck to the outside in the D zone after the goal.

Pyatt takes lazy penalties. Clutching another player because he does not outwork or beat him in the race. I don't blame the refs a bit for calling those, I blame Pyatt for taking them. It really is that simple.

I really thought Pyatt was going to try and split the defensemen breaking out of the zone.

That would have been epic.
