I agree, but the refs don't look like they're about to. There's no rule against what Stoll did.

37 seconds is hardly an "extended" opportunity. It was AV's fault for clapping sarcastically at the refs to call another penalty.

Yup. 2 of the 3 were penalties. They should call the delay of game more. As for the bench minor, you never really know what exactly happened. But AV was clearly upset and vocal, more than the usual allowed amount.
