I forget how fast Spooner is sometime, he doesn't seem to use enough of his speed lately.

If the call could have gone either way it's supposed to go to the call on the ice, hence the conclusive part of the explanation.

1. This is not a matter of a puck being over the line or not...

2. This is not a matter of a goal being scored on a possible high stick.

3. This is a matter of judgment: even if a player is pushed, he can't simply plant his tent in the crease.

Oilers seem to be getting the calls so far. Nice, for a change, but I would be pretty upset if I were a Bruins fan.

Man, that MacGilrath hit at the end of that sequence into the boards looked pretty dangerous. Nothing came of it, so that's good.
