oilers gonna smoke bruins tonight. I know it. i bet 3.4 million on it

That's a ridiculous bet because you don't have that much money. Oilers blowout bruins I'll change my avatar to a player of your choice. Bruins blowout Oilers you have to do the same. Blowout meaning winning by 2+ goals before an empty netter.

Elbow to the head is different than guy running into another player and pretending he got shot.

Like I said, you try to stay on your feet after a shoulder to the jibs. Polak was pinning Stafford onto the boards. Stafford was the one who acted like he got smoked in the head.

To get to the puck that Wheeler had right behind him. Myers was running a pick which is why it was called interference

You're being whimsical, aren't you?

It's not like Myers went out of his way to get in Kadri's way.

You simply can't run into a player and shout "Interference !"

But that shoulder bump made the difference.

Wow. The worst overturned call of the year in the Jets/Leafs game. Laughable. Leafs got hosed.

The call could have gone either way.

But Winnick made no effort to get out of the way.

I love how players take being pushed into the crease as a license to pitch their tent in there.

Terrible ruling.

glad this coach's challenge has really helped with the consistency of what constitutes goaltender interference. :shakehead

It's seriously just gambling at this point. If you're willing to risk your timeout, why not spin the wheel?

If the call could have gone either way it's supposed to go to the call on the ice, hence the conclusive part of the explanation.

Winniks stick and arm wedged underneath Hellebyuck's glove arm is probably why they overturned that. Wouldn't have been upset if they called that a goal.

I switched from the Leafs/Jets game midway through the 2nd and never went back. Much more intensity and much better entertainment in Brooklyn tonight.
