I am not a sci-fi guy, so perhaps my opinion is skewed, but Dune is probably my least favorite Lynch film.

Last night, I was explaining Mulholland Drive to someone who told me he was going to try to watch it this weekend. Holy timing.

Inimitable artist. Those infinite monkeys and typewriters/cameras couldn’t replicate his vision, even at his worst. How many people can you say that about? One of a kind brain.

I assume it means they haven't at least seen Elephant Man. And if they have and still say "nah, nothing he did was good" then we could probably pretty safely saw that person in half. That isn't a person. That's a cake.

The story goes that they had a script and were looking for a director. Stuart Cornfeld had loved Eraserhead and suggested him. Brooks watched that movie and loved it too.

Was elephant man with Cher? I saw part of it as a young kid and thought it looked stupid so I left the room. I was probably @Striiker ’s age
