Everything was beautiful, and nothing hurt
My nieces came over from France for the holidays. We surprised them with a trip up to NYC. They've both been to Paris & Barcelona but are from a fairly small rural village, so it was still eye-opening for them. Especially when we were all nearly trampled to death trying to pass through an especially exuberant and crowded Hanukkah street celebration in Midtown.
Still, I think they enjoyed themselves.
