Two men from Oregon who went missing after going on a search for Sasquatch have been found dead, Washington state officials announced Saturday.

The men, both from Portland, were reported missing by a family member on Christmas Day and were set to return from searching for the legendary creature in eastern Skamania County on Christmas Eve, according to the county sheriff's office.

While I’m saddened, I’m not surprised.

Obviously, the only logical conclusion is that they found Sasquatch and this is all a cover-up.

Yes...I'm joking. Sorry for their families. SMH my head.

Because of course it is.

This one will wind up being real because this one will screw me and the Christmas one would have brought happiness and joy.
Obviously this well change 600 times over because we're still a week+ out, and it is one of many different model runs, but there's actually two event, one around the 5th-6th time frame and the other the 8-11th. Who knows what's really going to happen, but it is definitely worth watching.

At what point does this become real?

Because I’m planning on trying to go to Texas for the Cotton Bowl (if Oregon wins this week) but I’m not really planning anything ahead of time. My buddy who lives down there is a pilot so was gonna put me on standby and if I got on a flight I got on. A massive snowstorm is gonna make that a lot more annoying.

Probably around 3-4 days out before each storm. Until then, there's still too many possibilities.

If it ends up being a snowstorm dry air will get pulled in and we will get a few inches. If it moves west if here the warm air will bring 3 inches of rain with thunder. Predictions of a big snowstorms always are underwhelming up here.

I know the "clearing out the grocery store" bit is an old standby before snow, and that's fine. But has anyone ever actually seen this happen? I haven't

Anyway, this all makes plenty of sense because I'm working that week. So I expect many inches of snow

Bread, milk, and eggs are often close to sold out if I go in shortly before or during a snowstorm. Has been pretty typical for as far back as I can remember.
