Ill walk back my previous comment a bit further than where I left it.

One of my favorite twitter pages routinely called out the NYPD’s “trophy” tweets where they stand behind their latest “catch”.
More often than not the firearm they recovered was either a blatant toy painted black, a non firing replica, or an actual gun that looks like it was dredged from the Hudson River prior to the crime being committed and accompanied by maybe five total rounds of various calibers none of which fit the gun recovered.
There would be like 10 cops standing proudly behind the evidence propped on the podium smiling brightly like they caught a suitcase nuke.

Strong chance that everyone involved in everything here was done after shift so they could book OT

So my WiFi adapter on my laptop disappeared. That’s fun. No idea why. Cannot connect to the internet, cannot find the adapter anywhere in the computer. It’s been removed from any location I should be able to find it.
Anyone have this happen before?

My laptop does not have an Ethernet port and I don’t have a usb to Ethernet cable.

From another device download the wifi driver from the website of your laptops manufacturer or Wifi Adapter provider, copy to usb stick, run on laptop
