The little one didn't want to cooperate tonight. Since we've come, my wife feeds her at 8pm and then goes to bed until it's time to relieve herself at 11. Then she'll go back to bed until 2 and gets up to do her thing. I'll be with the little one from 8-11, change her diaper, bottle feed her, and then stay up from 11-2 while the wife gets some more sleep.

Well, tonight, the little one wanter to do nothing but eat. After her 11 changing and feeding, I laid on the couch while she was in her little bed. Usually she'll fall asleep until 2, or until I wake her up, but tonight she didn't want to sleep, she just wanted to eat. I fed her 20mL at 1130 thinking that would fill her up and get her to sleep...nope, not enough. Fed her another 20mL at midnight thinking that'd do the trick...nope. Finally I gave her another 20mL at 1230. She never really fell asleep, after that feeding, just a couple minutes here and there. I brought her up at 1:45 since the wife was awake and she fed her for another 10 minutes. I know there will be many nights that are much worse than this, but tonight was the first night she's actually stayed awake between feedings, and of course it was at the worst time.

tl;Dr version - baby was a hungry one tonight and didn't want to sleep
As soon as you think you have her figured out, she’s going to call an audible.

Just added a core parenting memory to the list....being projectile'd sharted on

This is one of those things that you can be warned about but you can only learn to deal with and avert via experience. And even then success rate may be just 75%.

Yesterday as I finished a wiping motion New Child farted. It felt like someone blowing firmly on my hand. Instantly demoralized.

I have hit 1 300 yard drive in my entire life....lol.
I haven't played since 2019, when I had my knee replaced, but I used to hit over 300 several times a round. Now, they weren't always in the fairway.... Knee is good now, but neck and shoulder are an issue. I still hope to play again, but at 60, I figure it will be old man golf whenever I do.

Played in a scramble tourny this morning. This is how I've felt the rest of the day

That said we used a bunch of my drives and I chipped one in from probably about 60 feet and the weather was great for super late October so all in all the balloon and thumbs up in my selfie are perfect.
