That's entirely possible but we're close. We've had some really unfortunate luck these last few games despite how well we've played. Our scoring results are painfully disproportionate to our scoring chances.

It probably is. But let's just see them give an honest effort the rest of the way through and hope for the best. If the wheels fall off, I think we can be pissed off at the team for this game. But as of now? We made a rookie mistake and had a couple of unfortunate calls go against us, and the Pens made us pay through the nose. They're the champs.

I'm not dooming the season, I just expect better. A clunker every now and then is fine but it's been a few games in a row now. We have turned into a dumpster fire again defensively. We gave up like 12 odd man rushes last night and several again so far tonight. We aren't getting the bounces, but I don't believe that you're a good team if you stop winning games because of "luck". We're seeing some regression in a few categories and it's showing very plainly in the standings.
