Remember when Cherry was ranting about how good Reimer has been but Bernier will be given the net back when he returns anyway. Ron said the old management would do that but we should wait and see what Babs will do.

Meh

its funny the leafs goalies have to usually stand on their heads for the team to win. then this happens.

Bernier is only playing tonight because it's a back to back. Babcock already said it's Reimer's job right now.

Nice tidy 1st then the whole team went for labotomies during the intermission. Lupul (best Leaf forward this season) kind of saves face for the team with a solid effort resulting in a goal at the end.

Second game of back to back goes to the backup 9 times out of 10.

Leafs aren't playing poorly.

They've been outplaying or at least keeping up with the opposition all year (save two games). Just don't have the high end finishing talent. That and the goalies have been killing them. Reality is, they should be winning this game right now.

For someone not from the States something that has always confused me is when people show up for a game and when they don't. I realize that early weekday games don't get people there in time (don't know why they exist but ok) but what about tonight's game between the Leafs and the Rangers? Can't recall ever seeing an empty seat at MSG, perhaps rarely.

I realize that season ticket holders can't make it to every game and perhaps don't have the time to get someone else into the seat but why are 15-20% of the seats empty tonight? People still in traffic?

Still curious about this. :)

The audience is getting thinner and thinner.
