People are f***ing stupid.

Look, I'm not going to sit here and lie to everyone and say we're debating traditional names like Jenn and Susie. She's going to have an irish/gaelic name, but I am very conscious of not giving her a name that literally no one besides her growing up with be able to pronounce. I love the name Aoife (Evf-ah) but I refuse to doom her to a life of being called Ay-oh-IF.

Idk why I'm feeling Anna just based of pure instinct. Of course you are free to choose the name of your child but don't let the internet influence you. Or peer pressure. Just no shitty ass celebrity names like North West plz.

Quite the Clairvoyant. I think weve decided the middle name to be Ann, in honor of my mom and hers middle name

Some of you may recall my "hilarious" job interview back in September. OT: - 105th Obsequious Banter Thread: Penny for Your Thoughts

For whatever reasons that escape my logical mind, they decided to offer me the job anyway. The contract arrived by post today, finally. Seems like I am moving to Germany - with lots of bureaucracy, nervousness and whatnot over the next few weeks. Yay!

I know an Oisin that lives in NYC. He’s given up on even trying to help people work it out. :laugh:
