106th Obsequious Banter Thread: Halloween Edition of Two Ghosts

Since we're talking burgers here, we recently renovated the kitchen up at the mountain house after my dad retired and we got a massive range with a flat top grill. I finally made smashburgers on it last weekend and I've been dreaming about them ever since. Had the heat cranked to high and then smashed the piss out of the meat (phrasing) until it was paper thin on the flat top. Added American cheese to each patty and tossed 3 if them on a Martin's potato roll with some homemade special sauce (thousand island basically). The patties were so thin that they were just made up of the crispy outer part of a normal burger, aka the best part. I knew they'd be good, but didn't expect them to be otherworldly like they ended up. Do this if you have a flat top. Something this incredibly easy should not taste so good.

Why was there piss in the meat? What Part of the animal was that meat from?

Flat tops are such awesome grilling devices. So versatile and easy to clean.

Nice!! Hopefully you were able to play fairly quick.

Ended up playing today...went down to Wyconte. 3 of us played in about 3 hours. Wind was whipping and it was pretty cold, but wasn't too bad. I was bundled up pretty well. Probably played one of my better rounds of the year too, lol. I somehow didn't lose a ball today. I'll take not losing a ball there any time, especially in the wind.
