GDT: 10/16/14 St. Louis Blues @ Los Angeles Kings, 7:30 PM PT

Not sure if it's the greatest idea to have Gaborik start against the Blues. You know they're going to play a physical game, rather not risk injury.
 
The only reason I've disliked the Blues is when, previous to the Kings championship days, they would historically own the Kings.

Otherwise, they're a good team and are overdue for cup success.

Really, if my team finally makes the jump to get to the promise land, it would feel incomplete without going against you guys.... Until we would actually win, then I wouldn't care.

The Blues are my favorite Kings rival because I almost want to take bets on how many Kings and Blues players will be in the penalty box at the same time. :laugh: Kings-Blues games are always fun to watch. Two teams beating the crap out of each other who could probably go out for a beer afterward. Strong team, cool fans.

I agree with this.

Plus it would be incredibly annoying to once again hear how big the Hawks parade is. It was nice to quiet the city last year. ;)

Blues fan coming in peace to say that I've never rooted so hard for the Kings as I did during that playoff series. I think we can all agree that the Hawks? The worst.

Looking forward to a great game tonight. Should be a good measuring stick for both our squads. Expecting the Blues to put up a good fight, but we should get the 2.
