Not sure if it's the greatest idea to have Gaborik start against the Blues. You know they're going to play a physical game, rather not risk injury.
Tip of the hat sir. As a Blues fan, I hate the Hawks, I am starting to really dislike Colorado and Minnesota, and I don't care for the Sharks much. The Kings though I view more as a "rival", or really due to our troubles with you, a goal. I respect your team, and commonly root for them against teams I like less.
Really, if my team finally makes the jump to get to the promise land, it would feel incomplete without going against you guys.... Until we would actually win, then I wouldn't care.
Anyway, here's to a healthy game with no injuries.
I'd wish you guys luck, but you have a legit force field in net so you don't really need it
Always enjoy the games against the Kings. Good, tight checking games. Also, if Bailey comes out with a Playoffs for Dummies book, I'd crack up.
I don't hate the Blues, I feel like it is a good rivalry. If the Kings don't win the cup this year, I would pull for the Blues to finally knock out those freakin Hawks and win it all.
I agree with this.
Plus it would be incredibly annoying to once again hear how big the Hawks parade is. It was nice to quiet the city last year.![]()
The Blues are my favorite Kings rival because I almost want to take bets on how many Kings and Blues players will be in the penalty box at the same time.Kings-Blues games are always fun to watch. Two teams beating the crap out of each other who could probably go out for a beer afterward. Strong team, cool fans.
Two minutes for playing hockey...

They never penalize face washing though.
He was facewashing a guy twenty seconds into the game, gotta be smarter than that
So face washing is now a penalty? It was ticky tac no matter what he did.
