It was two on one in the center zone. I think his only chance was distrupting the play fast before they get it passed him. He failed. And so did Shatt with his pass. And the team with their backcheck. And Hank with his "save". When are we gonna get that this is a team game and we can't blame single players. NO ONE is playing good or great. Some people are okay. Or meh. From game to game. Rest are crap.

I think it's kinda unfair to blame Lundqvist for some of these chances. It could easily be 4/5-0 if not for him. He stopped a breakaway when they were on the PP earlier. He needs to make a save to keep it close but I feel like he definitely has.

No idea why Shattenkirk passed that to Zibanejad, especially when it was a terrible pass at that.

Yes the best backchecking forward we have is to blame for the -10 he has. 100%.

It blows my mind that all we lack from last season is Stepan, and Lindbae from noteable forwards, and Girardi.. We added Shatt, and we are 10 times worse than last season.
