****ing trash goal. Hank's my favorite Ranger since Richter so it kills me to say but he's ****ing done. Last season now this season. Yeah he still has enough to put together a streak of great play, but he's not a top tier goalie night-in, night-out. Sad to see.

We have one of the worst starting goalies in the nhl. We had one of the worst last year too. If not for Raanta we wouldn’t have made playoffs. Significantly outplayed hank.

We knew this time would eventually come. A small goalie famous for playing Deeper than anyone and relying on his fast reflexes would never age well into his mid to late 30 when he’d inevitably slow down.

I said it about a week ago but we won’t make the playoffs again with hank as the starter. I’d be shocked otherwise.
