Thnx and yup, the Leafs are a sick mix of potent offense combined with great D and goaltending so far.

Sometimes you just run into a hot goalie... every year for 4 or 5 years running and who knows maybe another 5 after that.

I'm just going to quote myself every year this happens and maybe one day it will finally stop being relevant. Until then:

Hopefully next season we don't face Price in the playoffs. That's all.

Leafs didn't choke here, they just had the unfortunate luck of running to hot goalies every playoff, who would then come back to earth after their series against the Leafs was over. Both Marner and Matthews earned their contract this postseason, in fact, each of them should get their another 1 mill raise, Dubas can ship Lazy Will out of town to open up the salary.

Hey look the really high-scoring team scored some more goals....Who would have guessed?

This post did not age well, they at least gave Campbell more support compare to what Freddie got in Columbus but the offence was still abysmal here but I'm not going to put the blame on Campbell, the offence deserves the lion share of the blame here, particularly the top line.

In 2019 Andersen was blame despite putting up an impressive .922 sv% against a dangerous Bruins team and in 2020 he was blamed yet again despite putting up Tim Thomas type of numbers against the Jackets. Its crazy how it took this boards 3 years to figure out that the top line is the main culprit for the playoff woes not the goaltending, but I'm glad everyone is finally putting the blame on Matthews and Marner, its time for these 2 to own up, Kadri, Gardiner and now Andy wont be here anymore to shield these 2 from the criticism.
