Quite literally, the Rangers had better 5v5 play, the special teams just aren’t there yet as compared to a team who’ve been together forever. Is no one else seeing that?

Respectfully, I dont know what drugs were taken to see that the Rangers had the better play in any aspect of this game.

Last week people on here were telling me Tinordi wouldn't play at all this year barring injury. We have no idea how much he'll play. The Georgiev choice is so bizarre, I'm concerned he might actually think he's better than Shesty.

There is a reason he was in the lineup tonight. There is no way in hell Tinordi will play much this year unless injuries hit. Lundqvist will play tomorrow. It is strange why Georgiev played tonight but make no mistake everybody knows he is the backup. A healthy Shesty gets 50-55 games this year. Maybe Wall can win backup role.

But I thought it was Quinn’s fault that they always started slow. Guess not.

Laf has to work on finding the puck after he makes a hit. He makes a big hit and then doesn't bother chasing the puck and the Caps recover and break out. Either he's losing sight of the puck and has trouble locating it or he's expecting teammates to provide more support in puck retrieval. Either way it ain't working.

Kakko robbed by the shaft of the sticks sucks.

Georgiev can't let that 3rd goal squeeze through him.

Can't have a dysfunctional prick like Georgiev on your roster if you plan to win. We got rid of one in ADA, get rid of the other one. At least ADA had the talent, despite his many, many, many warts.

Georgiev aspires to mediocre.

My God, some one you guys need to take a Midol. It’s an 82 game season. This isn’t franchise mode in NHL 22 where you can lead the league in scoring.

I'd like to hope we CAN lead the league in scoring, actually, I don't think that's a completely fantastical goal at some point.

Gonna be patient with Gallant but so far it's just the same stupid lines only without Buchnevch and Blackwell.

That alone gets Laf and Kakko more time which is nice, but we're still not seeing Chytil get enough time and some of these combos (Kreider-Zib, especially) went sour years ago.

Unpopular opinion but I think we've also squeezed every drop out of the tube on Panarin-Strome at 5v5.

It’s only one game, under a new coach, want to give it some time before making any changes. I have high hopes for Chytil but don’t see him getting all the opportunities with Strome in the line up.
