I expect the Rangers to come out and hit/get physical with everyone. Wouldnt be suprised to see someone like Hathaway or Wilson fight.
The Rangers just need to stay out of the penalty box and play clean.

Our goal scorers need to stay out of the box.

The guys we got for purpose need to spend as much time in the box as f***ing possible tonight while taking theirs with them.

I really like the look of the bottom 6 for this game. I really want to see these guys establish a forecheck and make life difficult in front of the net. The Rangers havent played that way consistently in years and imo it was the biggest reason why the couldnt hang with the big boys in the division.

Tinordi/Nemeth pairing will also hopefully help set a precedent that it wont be a cakewalk for opposing teams to set up shop in front of Igor, even if they may get pinned in the zone at times.

Reaves mentioned it in his interview yesterday that the team wants to build a specific identity this year and it's important to get that going from Day 1. They don't want to limp into the season and have to talk about how they need to play more physical every other day because they haven't met the expectations for themselves. The roster reflects hat mindset that they want to start down a specific path and then make adjustments from there.
