I also expect impactful games from Trouba, Kreider & Lindgren tonight. It cant sit well with them that Wilson's antics happened while they were out of the lineup. Not that its their fault they were injured, but im sure they want a piece of the Caps

Yeah, that's something I thought about. I wouldn't be surprised if it's Kreider who challenges Wilson, not liking the optics of a mercenary coming in to take care of his business. Maybe Trouba too, but less likely so because of the head injuries.

depends on how you define it. Hunt is very physical and hits a lot but I think of Goodrow as more of a shit-stirer who will throw more borderline hits. Hunt is more of a traditional grinder.

It's one game. Do you think Hunt on the 3rd line is a thing? I don't think so. People are making way too much out of the lineup tonight. Tinordi won't be playing over Lundkvist most nights either. I like that we have some depth that we can put different lineups out there for different teams.

Honestly not sure why Hunt would even be on the 3rd line over Blais, not sure what he would bring there that Blais doesn't, but we'll see what actually happens in game.
