Interestingly, TOI is very even. All forwards within 3 mins of each other, all defensemen within a minute of each other.

This young team looks hungry, as long as Hank can continue to stand on his head and the lead-dog can assist Staal we will have an okay season.

But if Zuccs gonna be around, where is his C.

5 v 5 chance production is great to see after 40 min. of regular season and Nashville is a very strong defensive team in NHL.

I can’t believe the mins staal is getting. And with the top line. And offensive zone draws. Just asinine.

I can't believe he's been one of our best D tonight at keeping the puck in the O-zone, just a pity his shot isn't more dangerous

You mean a strong offensive-defensive team + Forsberg. :)

100% Swedes have scored so far this game.

Marc Staal pretty much leads all players in ice time. Is it yet another buffoon coach or maybe his inability to get off the ice with the second period longer line change? lol

Are you morons putting Staal down already? So predictable and lame, he’s playing his ass off. What fans. Try watching the game with your eyes open, it really helps. Wow

Disappointing that Spooner hasn't invisibly picked up a point yet.

No he doesn’t. He’s 4th among Dman. It’s very evenly spread out. With a minute top to bottom at all strengths.

Hey all, missed the 1st 2 periods. How’re they looking so far?
Surprisingly good. Defense has been shaky, but the forwards have gotten better as the game has gone on. Vesey has probably been our best forward. Fast scored off a great pass from behind the net from Chytil. Lettieri has also been gritty.

Quinn is a vocal coach and is constantly giving his guys feedback. It's especially good as they're learning, and it's showing. Surprisingly, Staal is actually looking pretty okay.

Hank has been great. Seeing a lot of shots, but he's doing well and tracking the puck well. In my opinion, the D is closing gaps once they hit the blue line and it's letting the faster NSH forwards get in, but it's also keeping things clear for Hank, so I guess that's something we'll see.

Good? Bad? Surprises?
Hank looks great, some bumps with the zone defense but seems like it may play better to an aging Henrik; Chytil had a great pass on the goal, Hayes and Zucc have been good, Staal worsened his skating, Smith looks solid (to me), and Vesey is playing well too
