It seems the powers that be must have taken Valimaki‘s late drop down to his knees before contact in to their decision. Cousins wasn’t suspended, no penalty at all was called in the game, either. it’s the only reason I can see that he avoided any penalty/suspension, especially with his reputation and track record.

What is the ethnicity list of people whose nose; players aren't allowed to make fun of? What other body parts should we be aware of?

Cousins saw a player with a nose he didn't like and told them so. There's nothing more to it.

Baiting and insulting minorities by pointing out their physical differences is a classic sign of a bigot. Jews(and others) have been facing it for centuries. Can't believe that you have to have this explained to you.

Cousins "making fun of" a minority is, at best, classic bullying behavior. But maybe you're cool with him calling Black players the N word, talking about "scalping" native players, or calling Asian players, "yellow".

So are you saying all Jews have big noses or that everyone with a big nose should be considered Jewish? Do you think players should know the religion of every player they play to make sure their chirps won’t be taken as offensive? Hockey players have been making fun of each others looks forever. If a guy shows a pattern of it or did the crap in your second paragraph sure hammer him, but hockey players making fun of other guy‘s looks has gone on forever.
