You're gonna be a man down for the full penalty whether the other team takes a penalty or not.
If the other team takes a penalty then you get a PP after your penalty time expires minus whatever time is left in your penalty.
If that makes sense lol

I know but I’m asking does it count towards the count when they say a team went 0-4 or 1-3 on the PP or whatever?
