the only time anybody didnt like Hyman was when he was forced onto the Matthews line in their rookie seasons, nobody ever questioned anything but his offensive game. That's a good sign. Since then he has only improved offensively while maintaining the rest of his game
Now he's pretty much the perfect player to have on your team, and i don't care if hes not an elite player overall, he is very much part of the core.
