Man would it be nice if Moroz could show a little more offensive ability this season. If he somehow develops, he is the type of player we badly need in the lineup - a guy with some size and skill who can play up and down the lineup.

He genuinely seems like a pretty good guy. Pretty funny to watch.

Yep. Nail will be fine. Just needed a couple of years in the show to knock down his and his family's expectations a bit. Some real coaching now will help him as well.

I always hear Betker is a good skater for his size, but man he looks slower than molasses out there.

How has McDavid looked?

Slightly invisible but his wingers have basically just been fighting and laying hits all night anyways. He seems to be taking it easy which helps us a bit

Not sure what you guys expect from Connor, he's winning faceoffs but getting zero clean passes to his stick. I've watched every shift (which have been sparse btw, icetime is being shared equally) he's played and considering how sloppy his line has been he still has an assist. That's a good thing, not bad. Especially after a lengthy off season.

We all knew that after the hyping this summer nothing less than a hattrick would be enough to meet expectations.

He's looked better once everyone stopped running each other. We may be back to that now though.
