what stankoven and bourque are doing in the AHL is nuts. pretty soon they will force their way into the NHL. the stars still need help on D, so will be interesting to see how that shakes out.
Dallas, (& maybe Los Angeles) might be the only team deep enough to justify keeping Stankoven in the A. I feel like he could play right now in any other lineup.

1A - Matt Savoie C/RW
1B - Jiri Kulich LW/C
2 - Devon Levi G
3 - Konsta Helenius RC
4 - Isak Rosen LW/RW
5 - Ryan Johnson LD
6 - Noah Ostlund LC
7 - Vsevelod Komarov RD
8 - Anton Wahlberg LC/RW

10 - Viktor Neuchev W

HM's which based on the number people push into these I would assume means heavily masturbating - Viljami Marjala, Brodie Ziemer, Adam Kleber, and Luke Osburn.

Noah Östlund is imo a considerably better prospect than Rosén.

Stacked. Best prospect pool in the league imo.

For the Flames after the 2024 draft:
(From a max potential perspective)

1/2. Parekh
1/2. Wolf
3. Coronato
4. Bruzstewicz
5. Poirier
6. Gridin
7. Honzek
8. Basha
9/10. Stromgren
9/10. Pelletier

You'll find I am very low on Pelletier and Honzek relative to other Flames fans. I think Pelletier will have a really tough time putting it together at the NHL level. Honzek's D1 year was a disaster, even if it was injury caused. He'll need to make up a ton of development to catch up.

You must be high again, Honzek sucks and you know it 😉

Not going to include Edvinsson and Berggren. Both should be full time NHLers this year.

Expecting these guys to make the NHL tier

Axel Sandin-Pellikka

Sebastian Cossa

Marco Kasper

Have a decent shot/too early to tell tier

Michael Brandsegg-Nygard

Nate Danielson

Trey Augustine

Dmitri Buchelnikov

Meh. Maybe.

Carter Mazur

Amadeus Lombardi

Red Savage

HM to any of the many future 7th D in the pipeline (Wallinder, Viro, Johansson etc)

The only consensus I think you will find is Yager and Blomqvist 1 and 2 for the Pens. After that it’s a big mishmash and it depends on how you value upside vs likelihood to make it. I doubt you’ll find many top 10 lists that match right now.

My new SJS ranking. I actually think we have the best pool in the league for the first time ever. It lacks a goalie, and that #1 RHD, but I think Celebrini/Smith as the 1/2 out-do any other teams top end.

1. Celebrini
2. Smith
3. Dickinson
4. Musty
5. Muhkamadulin
6. Bystedt
7. Chernyshov
8. Haltunnen
9. Edstrom
10. Cagnoni

HM: Graf, Pohlkamp, Sahlin-Wallenius, Havelid, Guschin, Rimashevskiy

Insanely deep. The depth players in the pool are also all 6'2 and up...Grier is building a nice system.
