What an awesome win, I absolutely can't stand their fans and was so annoying to listen to the morons near me all night but so satisfying to hear them shut up and see them head to exits to beat the traffic right after the late go ahead goal.
We are still in a pickle with potentially Hamilton Haula Meier and Nosek out. I really hope our luck turns around soon

This is definitely the right take in my eyes. I feel for Vitek, because he’s a good dude and I know he’s battling out there. But at some point, even with some defensive breakdowns being of the very bad variety, your goaltender is back there to bail you out every once in a while. He hasn’t done that very much for us so far this year.
I think Schmid will get a long look going forward after the way tonight went, but I haven’t seen Lindy’s postgame presser yet.

I think that Ranger series was a really rallying and career defining moment of change for him in and to top it off with game 7...
He's had a fire in his game a controlled burn since then. I think him moonlighting while Nico was out helped too. He got some top 6 minutes moments to chisel into his game.
Lazars quote from the aftergame presser is a bit funny. He says that Smith sits in the middle of the bench and waits to be told what he is for the next shift.
