No I agree he should have fired Ruff the trade he just made he messed up giving up Bardkov ...He is desperate to save this season and I believe Ruff....They need to sell fire the coach and go from there....trading for a goalie now they are bent over the barrel only to realize they have other problems and even if they do and get in the playoffs he walks back Ruff

We aren't that far off and starting 3/9, that schedule is rough. Wouldn't surprise me at all if we finished there.

No offense, but I can definitely say Nico Daws is not one of the 5 best goalies to ever play the game.

No but he's also not a top 30 goalie in the league. What I'm saying is he is simply not good enough.

Letting up 4 goals in 14 shots against the Ducks because you are too tired after two full days of rest after a blowout win to the Sharks is not good enough.

And I don't expect him to be. It's not his fault. It's management for not getting someone better.

I thought we would probably still get close enough to a playoff spot if we miss, just based on the talent, but I could honestly see 85 points or maybe even a couple fewer at season’s end.
