They only listed the forward changes so I assume the defensive pairings are the same.

It's not that big of a deal, if they lose they facoeff they just have to chase the puck around for about 45 seconds and then get off and if the play is still going on 3 minutes or so later they can come out fresh and try to get it back if the team hasn't yet.

Or just immediately get the puck back after the other team shoots wide, dumps it in, fails a breakout, or many of the other random hockey plays that happen all the time.
