Honestly Näslund sucked when he played for Sweden but between 2001-2006 he was one of the best players in NHL. He was amazing. Thats the version of Näslund i have on my team.

Ekholm and Hjalmarsson among the best shutdown ds in the world when they where in their prime. Need that on the team. The alternative would be Öhlund, Dahlin and Kronwall.

What has Nikishin showed to be on this team? He has like 15 nhl games under his belt. And Federov and Panarin is better than Kuznetsov and Kovalev.

Nikishin is an excellent defenseman and I have watched him for years, I’d gladly take him on the team.

Fedorov and Panarin are both listed, I assume you think they should be higher in the lineup but I’m not ranking the lines too to bottom really, also this is 2000s Fedorov

Oversight.. but when I look at it.. he may not make it. Crazy but we used to be really good and he's a good Top 6 winger. I don't find him that affective when he's not in top 6. And we are stacked on Wing because we are a nation of Wingers. I think I named 15 guys and the ones he has more points than are very useful elsewhere (eg. Palat, Plekanec)

The big Russian problem today is no C's.... Look at those 4 beauts. Their wingers are always awesome. Goalies too! D is pretty strong for Russian standards. Like us, a nation of Wingers and Goalies.
