I am 33 years old and always laughed at yoga. Like seriously I thought that no manly man would ever do yoga. I always played contact sports and had a bad back. Two years ago my back really got bad for me as I had a herniated disc that ruptured. I have had to have two spinal fusion surgeries. After surgery I was told that I will have a better back but will never be 100% again. As part of physiotherapy I was suggested yoga and I tried it. Well I can tell you that it is very tough to do. The good news is that I have just as of two months ago started playing sports again. Ball hockey, baseball and golf. None are contact but they are better than watching tv. I will give yoga all the credit in the world.

I have this sun salutation thing at home that my buddy gave me to try. I meant to try it but it I need to look more into it first. I can see the poses but not sure how long I would have to hold them for.

Chris I have a question, can my experience be enhanced if I put on tantric pornography as I watch?
If you put on pornography as you watch pornography? Some sort of porn-ception being suggested here or what?

I'm not sure I understand the question.

I used to carry all 6 of my textbooks in KY backpack at once.

I never used my textbooks

Yeah that's the thing I regret so much, I hardly ever studied and I did the same. And now I can clearly see it in the shape of my back and I start to feel back pain standing up for 10 minutes.

I'm going to give DDP Yoga a try in July. I suffered a knee injury that required surgery and during my nearly year-long recovery, I put on weight and gained too much stomach fat. I need to trim down and also help my knee out a little and DDP Yoga covers all of that and then some. I look forward to getting started.
I don't know what that is and I'm afraid to look for the fear of being pissed off at some physical training regimen being called yoga.

"But DDP YOGA isn't your momma's yoga! It combines the very best of Yoga, Traditional Fitness, Sports Therapy and Dynamic Resistance to create one of the most effective fitness plans in existence today, that anybody can do!"

Yeah, that's not really yoga. Just because something involves stretching of some kind doesn't make it 'yoga.'

That said - whatever works for you and your body is great. Best of luck. :)

That's actually the one in thinking of too because supposedly the guy took all the spiritual nonsense like tranquility and finding your centre and all that garbage and just leaves the stretches

So uh you want to start stretching then, not practicing yoga.
