McDonagh has really stood out for the US. His development curve on D has been so steep that it's almost incomprehensible as a Stars fan.
The grinder-y type forwards have disappointed. Not getting a lot done. In Vancouver the US seemed like the faster team but I think they've lost that advantage now. Kind of just hoping for a stroke of genius from Kessel or Kane at this point.
USA still can turn it around quite easily. They have people like kessel and Kane who can score of they are given even a little daylight. Should be an exciting finish. Hopefully the refs just let he game play out and don't try to be heroes.
Terrible passes. Terrible shots. Shots right into the stomach. Terrible clears that lead directly to scoring chances. Standing and watching the opponent do whatever they want in the defensive zone.
I'm pretty sure the Dallas Stars have taken over as Team USA.
