If a hit includes head contact is the standard for the major, fine. But bischel made the difference between hit and major, not cizikas. Bischel was reckless.

What does his intention have to do with what happened?

I can understand thinking that was a bad hit when you watch it realtime, but they reviewed that and still tossed him?

He makes solid contact to the center of the player's chest. Any head contact is therefore incidental.

You can get a concussion without head contact from his head snapping. The hit was shoulder on chest/shoulder you are blind. Ftr I hope it’s not a concussion and he is ok.
