Agreed. Haven't seen much Lauzon to be honest, but Clague has never impressed me. Not that he's BAD... he just seems a little less than JAG for the most part with only small glimpses of potential here and there.

Just from the WHL alone I would take Guhle, Bear or Hobbs over Clague 100 times out of 100. Could make an argument for a few other dub guys as well

Spacek has really taken his game up a level this year. He's turned into a real 200 foot player under Brent Sutter in Red Deer. That was a snipe-show that one. Zboril unloaded an absolute bomb just minutes prior

Zboril has an abrasive component to his game but also some slickness. He's going to be a welcome addition to the Bruins-Habs rivalry

I can see the McAvoy to Suter comp. plays much more controlled

Everyone seems to have a "Fish that got away" story from that draft. I know Konecny is yours. Most cite Barzal. For me it was Collin White.

No, it's not new. But it's stomache-turning nonetheless, no matter how often it happens. This particular crew under Jankowski is the worst ever. 2 fourth place finishes and a sixth in 4 years is unacceptable, yet no accountability. I wouldn't let Jankowski pick our local pee wee team, let alone our National team. That whole bunch should be replaced.

First shift seeing Meyers and he made a sweet sweet feed for Canadas first goal. Nice composure. Nice vision
