Lol I'm half watching the replay thinking oh who was the idiot blocking the puck in his hand in an exhibition game for the WC? OH JT MILLER!

Hmmmmmmmm wonder who sits for Larkin next game. Based on the game, I would say Trocheck. He started off well, but just petered out as the game went on. Miller stayed pretty consistent and played well all game.

What aspects of his game do you like? I still think he needs to add muscle or become more evasive.

He's a really smart two way center. Not the flashiest, but he has excellent hockey sense, really good passer, plays a 200 foot game, he's good on the PK, can play the PP, good shot, good skater, good hands, good puck handling. He does a lot of things well. He's not as flashy of a #1 OA as McDavid or MacKinnon, but I'd consider him a 1C. He's better than a similarly regarded player like Stepan.

He could add muscle, but I don't think being evasive is really his game. He beats players by being smarter than them, not more athletic, and its not like he's a bad skater either, just not a standout skater.

the kids just flat out embarassed the euros...that was one of the more one sided games ive seen.

It`s not a huge surprise - they have more talented players on the NA team from both Canada & USA.
And J.T Miller playing a 4th line role? :)

You guys in Europe who were asleep during the game are lucky. You were the saved the heart attack of when JT Miller got hit in the hand, and we all thought he had a broken hand. That was a worrying 15 minutes.

I thought, aside from 1 chance, Zuke was pretty bad....a couple of bad giveaways on the few sustained chances they had, and a few forced passes that turned into rushes back the other way when he shoulda shot.
