I hate the Czech logo. Feels more like some kind of Kingdom of Bohemia than the actual Czech Republic.
Also those fake team's logos.

The Canadian logo looks like something a kid would sketch in 2002. As does the American logo. The Swedish, Russian and Finnish logos are consistent with what we've seen in past international competitions. The Czech logo is really weird. It's the Bohemian coat of arms, correct? So, eastern Czech Republic (Moravia historically) is excluded? Kind of strange for an Ostravian like Petr Mrzaek. The two select team logos are just really unremarkable - especially the European one.

Perhaps the best looking Team Finland jersey in history. Or as far as I can remember. Shame it's on tournament like this but a beautiful jersey none the less.

So now we use similar logo as our soccer team? I thought czech hockey association always use classic national logo, i.e. followed official national symbols, which was much better imo. This is not a national emblem anymore, so there is no reason to use it. And it looks small on jersey....

Honestly to me, the new logos look something in a cheesy create-a-team from the mid 2000s.

I only wish Finland kept their design from Sochi. That was the best international jersey I've ever seen.

Good work on the logos. And the possible blue jersey of Finland, too. It's really heritage, classical and cool. Actually, great work. Doesn't surprise, in NA they know how to do stuff like this well. Sochi jerseys for Finns were cool too though.

I think it was like 70's when tournament jersey had Suomi in it instead of Finland. Nice 1

The NA and Europe logos look like they're made by EA sports. Though the Europe logo isn't bad, looks like a club team logo. NA logo.. well.. not horrible but..

Think this demented tournament couldn't get any worse?

Sportsnet reports that no anthems will be played before or after games. Presumably because of the two joke teams polluting the event.

And Daly also said that there's a lot of "excitement" surrounding the joke squads so maybe they'll be back again next time.

Just cancel this s***show already, please!
