World Cup: World Cup 2026 - General Discussion

  • If you are having issues logging in, we have found opening the log in page in a new tab/window rather than using the pop out should resolve these issues. We are working to get this resolved and thank you for patience.
  • Due to the increased volume of league transactions, the Trade Rumors and Free Agent Talk section is temporarily restricted to where threads may only be started by moderators and sponsors. We anticipate that this restriction will be lifted some time after the first round of the draft.

But doesn't soccer have this system where players can be loaned? When is the World Cup trade deadline? USA management should be working full time to get Messi for the playoff run.

Man, one route sticks out like a sore thumb.

Algeria and then Czech Republic or Egypt.

At which point they’ll be just one referee’ing disaster away from the semis and a chance to bring home Bronze…

Very interested to see the officiating in a potential USA v Spain quarter final.

Most people I've met in the USA has been nice or very nice to me, except one Brad in Las Vegas at the poker table. The insults when I walked from the table carrying all his chips was something else.
f*** Vegas and everything about it

Not gunna mention which state, but got pulled over earlier today by some state troopers in a state that hasn’t yet legalized it.

Officer wanted to search my car and while we were waiting for his buddies to arrive, we started chatting; well it turned out that he has been glued to the World Cup & he seemed to get excited when I told him where I was going.

So after his buddies arrived they “only” found enough to give me a ticket, took half of the rest for themselves…asking if it was sativa or indica and how to work my cart …before they sent me on my way with what was left...

Not sure if Rogan bros that got into the World Cup, the right kind of racists who wanted to cheer for Germany for all of the wrong reasons, or just genuinely alright guys, but I’m now two states away lol

I kinda think way more people are into this sport in this country than we’ve been led to believe. TV ratings really only reflect people who are able to watch a match live when it happens. The absolute insane amount of people at this WC show this might be having the same impact as 94.
