That's what half time is forAnyone else actually like the hydration/match breaks? It's great to take a piss, grab a beer, reload on snacks and get back on the couch without missing any of the action. Feel like it's the perfect length of time.

I hope the English realize they are probably a little less welcome in Boston than the Scots are lolIt’ll be nice for them to win something![]()
“If we can’t have ads why would we put a break in”I don't mind the cooling breaks in that I think there are definitely some matches that absolutely need them and I understand the rationale that all matches should be the same.
However, they shouldn't have allowed ads, or especially full-screen ads. If Fox had used it as a time to show stories about the players/teams playing, it would have been cool.

Perhaps, but at the same time, I think it's reasonable when games are being played in MiamiThe ads are the point of the breaks to begin with.
People didn't have a problem with the hydration breaks when they were only in games that required them for safety reasons (such as those in Miami) and were only a minute long. The pre-existing system for hydration breaks worked perfectly and did exactly what is accomplished by those who are now saying "yea the ads suck but it's still reasonable."Perhaps, but at the same time, I think it's reasonable when games are being played in Miami
No, I agree - for what it's worth, I don't like how long they are and that they go to ads. I just think (a) it's probably reasonable to have short breaks for matches in, say Miami, and (b) it's probably reasonable to say if you're going to have short breaks in some matches, you should have them in all.People didn't have a problem with the hydration breaks when they were only in games that required them for safety reasons (such as those in Miami) and were only a minute long.
