I wonder if we'll get actual professional staff for U18 after this embarrassment right after the U20's got people interested in junior hockey... Even though they're young and there's a clear talent gap here, this is simply not acceptable at any level. The player in the postgame interview straight up admitted that they gave up .

Obviously Sweden has the bigger population so just based on that they are bound to have more talent per generation, but the gap is so clear that in the same time I do wonder what we could maybe learn from Sweden's junior program.

They stop trying at some point. Swedes did there what they want. Badly coached team and goaltender who couldn't catch anything.

Its amazing how swedes have so many good players in every age group.

S% was 58 for the first goalie and not much better for the second probably.

What is important is the team didin't try starting from first shift. It was like playing mid summer hockey. Worst coached team ever.
