you tell me...that is for the STUPID oilers brass to sort out but unless they want to trade one of Drai or McD, they better figure it out and soon...
OK, I will tell you. Not one single f’n team in the NHL. No white knight is coming to save the Oilers. They made their bed now they have to lay in it.

can't imagine that he is still the coach after tonights game if SJ hangs on to get thier second win...same as the oilers...CUP or BUST...

discuss how edmonton moves forward not wasting MCD and DRAI's careers...

IMO

They should trade Nurse and Campbell hopefully for upgrades at D...

That is the first step...

How do you choose which letters to capitalize? Is it just random?

Boudreau is the kind of guy to revive a dead core. Might not be a great long term option, but he'd be the best thing for the Oilers right now.

That would be the smartest move for their franchise right at this moment.

Sources tell me Woodcroft has been seen taking the bus around Edmonton aimlessly to use up the rest of his preloaded transit fare card. One bus driver told us the coach asked if this bus would take him home but refused to elaborate where home is when asked and would only repeat "anywhere but here, guy" and intermittently adding a lyric from Don't stop believin' as he switches seats every other stop.

you know, I think BB would be a great option at this time.

Serious question: If you were in Woodcroft's shoes, would you really mind being fired at this point?

Instead of spending the rest of the year dealing with this historic tire fire not of his making, he could spend it on the beach in the Bahamas and then be available next summer when the inevitable coaching carousel begins again, and have the opportunity to coach a team that isn't as poorly built or an utterly dysfunctional organization.
