Canada will bounce back. Too many individual efforts and suspect defence. Gaudreau is absolute garbage and likely is done for the tourny barring injury. Soft, European officiating that Canada will have to adjust to. They’ll still make the playoffs and have time to improve.

That offsides really changed the whole game. Canada could've been up 2-0 early with all the momentum and instead, let in two quick goals against and were scrambling the rest of the game. This certainly doesn't look like a team. Coaches have some work to do.

Unacceptable effort from Canada, what a soft and poor intensity effort. Lazy stick penalties.

Non-stop looping flybys on the forecheck and trying to just play like a skills competition rather than north-south heavy intensity hockey.

That is one of the softest games I’ve ever seen from a Canadian team at this tournament.
